LAQ MEMBERSHIP 2008

Individual Membership
     a. Friend of the LAQ : yearly fees $30.00
     b. Active Member*   : yearly fees $40.00

*An Active member has actively volunteered for the LAQ in the previous year and has the right to vote at members’ meetings such as our Annual General Meeting.

	Inclusion in the LAQ’s mailing list inviting you to educational and support events.
	A reference service for lymphedema resources such as treatment specialists, diagnostic clinics and lymphedema garment suppliers.
	Updated information on courses and exercise classes available, insurance and tax matters, and the latest lymphedema research.
	Opportunities to volunteer at our events and meet others interested in the same issues.

Therapist membership – yearly fees $130.00

	Inclusion in the LAQ’s mailing list inviting you to educational and support events.
	Updated information on courses and exercise classes available, insurance and tax matters, and the latest lymphedema research.
	Opportunities to be one of the volunteer educators at our events.
	Listing in the Resources Guide of the LAQ.
	Listing in the Suppliers’ List on LAQ’s website.

Corporate membership – yearly fees $ 200.00

	Inclusion in the LAQ’s mailing list inviting you to educational and support events.
	Priority opportunities to be a sponsor or exhibitor at our events.
	Updated information on courses and exercise classes available, insurance and tax matters, and the latest lymphedema research.
	Listing in the Resources Guide of the LAQ.
	Listing in the Suppliers’ List on LAQ’s website.
